At JR Construction Inc. keeping a project moving starts with careful planning, experienced crews, and a proven system in the field. Our goal is to maintain an efficient floor-to-floor cycle without sacrificing the quality, accuracy, or safety required on large-scale projects.

The process begins on pour day. While concrete is still being placed (480 Cubic Yards) on the deck, our crews are already preparing and building for the next cycle. By the end of the day, we typically have approximately half of the walls and columns set and poured for the next level, allowing us to immediately build momentum instead of waiting until the following day to begin.

By Day 2, our crews continue setting and pouring the remaining vertical formwork while another crew is getting approximately half of the flyers in place and beginning the deck. With multiple crews working together and each phase carefully coordinated, the next floor quickly begins to take shape.

Day 3, we move into full deck production. All tables are set and the deck is completed, That is 18,980 SF of deck built and 234 Cubic yards of vertical poured in 3 days, putting our crews in position to finish the remaining forming, detailing, and preparation needed for the next concrete placement While MEP and Rebar begin layout and placement.

This cycle is made possible by experienced manpower, strong field leadership, proper planning, and crews that understand how each phase of the forming operation works together. From walls and columns to flyers, tables, and decking, every step is coordinated to keep production moving efficiently.

Form Work Services

Our Carpenters provide Concrete forming services for commercial and industrial construction projects. Our crews build and install formwork to the dimensions, elevations, and tolerances required by project plans and engineering specifications.

Before each pour, we verify form alignment, elevations, reinforcement clearances, and overall readiness to help ensure accurate concrete placement.

We focus on safe, efficient execution and quality workmanship, delivering formwork that supports structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and successful project completion.

Placement & Finish

J.R. Construction Inc. provides concrete placement services for commercial and industrial construction projects. Our in-house crews place, consolidate, screed, finish, and cure concrete in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Our crews work with pumps, cranes, conveyors, and direct chute placement to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Throughout every pour, we coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and concrete suppliers to maintain placement schedules, verify reinforcement coverage and elevations, minimize cold joints, and ensure quality control from placement through final finishing.
